The boards of directors in the Netherlands and DR Congo jointly supervise the general course of affairs within 4Watoto. The tasks and powers of the board are laid down in the statutes, whereby both countries work together as one organization.

Although decisions are taken jointly, there is a clear separation of responsibilities. The Netherlands and DR Congo complement each other and together ensure a strong, transparent and effective organization.
