Insula Collega Halmaheiraplein

4Watoto is pleased to announce that it will be collaborating with the Insula College Halmaheiraplein of the H3O foundation. In the past, several campaigns were held at this secondary school in Dordrecht, where the proceeds were donated to 4Watoto. An official collaboration will now follow, and with it several annual campaigns in the various school years. The Insula College Halmaheiraplein thinks 4Watoto is a great cause and also feels connected because 4Watoto was co-founded by one of their former students. In addition to annual campaigns at the Halmaheiraplein, Stan will tell his story on behalf of 4Watoto to various classes. This will happen during the citizenship weeks, in which citizenship education is central. Furthermore, 4Watoto may also present itself as a partner during the open days. After several meetings about the collaboration, some great ideas for the future have already emerged. We will keep you informed about Halma 4 Watoto and the great campaigns that will follow.

Ad Dekker, a ceramic artist

The oldest (and wisest) member of Stichting 4Watoto is Ad Dekker. A ceramic artist of 86 years old! He lives in Dordrecht and makes ceramics all year round. 4Watoto sells his art at the Pluktuin summer events, where they have a stand.

Printing house RAD

The oldest printing house in Dordrecht supports 4Watoto by creating the marketing material free of charge. Thanks to Johan den Houten!

Vita Coffee

On our summer picking days and the 4Watoto event, VitaKoffie provides catering. They sell great and unique Congolese coffee from the Kivu region.

The 4Watoto foundation has already visited the Beatrixschool Dubbeldam and we have also collaborated with Yuverta, Johan De Witt and OPOD to organize activities and events there.
